die faster

right now im doing none and im at about 13-15% bodyfat. when i add cardio after my workout, i lose some fat but my strength takes a hit. i was going to experiment with fasted am cardio and running at night but figured id ask.
is there any form of cardio thats less likely to hurt my strength gains?
