I'm interested to know some answers too. Any good suggestions for vitamins/supplements you can get at your local GNC/supplement store for bulking up with gear that might add to my insane calorie/protein intake diet? I eat enough that's why I get good results and I have protein powder one shake a day...and other good supplements? Don't believe in the fake shit they sell though either at those stores or online like "alkaline seltzer fat burner" showing pictures of guys getting cut 6 pack abs in 4 weeks .
