That isn't huge at all. Two years ago was I was 385 for 6. Back when I was in college and swimming and the first time I ever went to a gym I hit 225 for 12. I imagine I could have gotten 315 for 6 then. It took me 6+ years just to increase the weight on the bar by 70lbs. Then another two years - and drugs - to add another 40 lbs to that total.
Also, when I was doing flat bench until stopping two years ago... the same weight I did on the flat was the same weight I could do on inclines. Not like some people that use less on the inclines. Kind of weird.
