Ok, I did 455 X 3 several years ago, but gave up on benching long again. It hurts my rotator cuffs. I just think it is an injury prone lift. It ruins too many shoulders and tears too many pecs historically.
Its ok, right now after 9 weeks of training (26 months of no juice or lifting) I'm squating 275 x 5, deadlifting 335 x 4 and 90 lbs dumbbells x 8. Got a LONG way to go to get my strength back.
