345 @ 187lb easy, Blew out elbow next week so never saw real max. This was strictly lifting for power and natural. I guess I could have done it at a lower body weight but I love eating.
I have always benched the same if not more on incline than flat. In my case, it probably has something to do with simply having stronger shoulders and tris, and a weak chest.
