Well CB, I benched 250 for 4 once. I'm 5'9.5625" @ 235# & 48%BF

Ok, I did 455 X 3 several years ago, but gave up on benching long again. It hurts my rotator cuffs. I just think it is an injury prone lift. It ruins too many shoulders and tears too many pecs historically.

I'm not impressed by natty lifters more than juiced out ones.

As if somehow less dedication was needed

Before juicing I was hitting 280 at a lean 180lbs - 5'8

Well monkeys aren't silled enough to communicate or type even if on roids. But I once benched a fat chick off me that was at least 160lbs.

''back in high school" I weighed 165 and 1 repped 245... one time. Never could do it again.

that's around my stats too.
except it was a few months ago.

I bench a yorkie in each hand for about 3 reps. Then I need a nap.

Its ok, right now after 9 weeks of training (26 months of no juice or lifting) I'm squating 275 x 5, deadlifting 335 x 4 and 90 lbs dumbbells x 8. Got a LONG way to go to get my strength back.

Prior almost dying in '04:

Benched 365x3, 5'9, 260lbs.

After 5 week hospital stay:

Unable to bench, worked out with pink Barby 3lb dumbells, still 5'9", 205lbs.

Currently 2.5 years later I work out average of 2x per month. I got 225x10 last week after not working out in 2 weeks. Still 5'9", app. 240lbs.

Yes, Im a little chunky. I like to eat.

It was hard to exercise and work prior to my accident now it's nearly impossible. I work commercial construction. Im hoping for a solid 3-5 month layoff here in a couple months and I will try and get with it again.

What were you, a census taker in a past life? This shit is more annoying that ColdBlue, seriously.

Give the polling threads a break, people are gonna start thinking you're a 13 year old boy.

LOL, I called it first.

5'11" or 6'? Dont know
175 lbs
285# bench but I haven't maxed in like a year. Probably could go in the low 300s now.

Before I ripped my pec 2 years ago, 425.

I only max on incline.....my elbows and shoulders just don't feel right on flat. I'm getting close to 365......and yes, a little bit of juice, but nothing overboard.....1-2 short cycles a year to get through plateaus......hoping to do that basically for the rest of my life.

6ft
285

Never tried to do a max single but I've done a 280lbs bench at a bodyweight of 175lbs. I'm gettin' a little long in the tooth to be risking injury by doing max singles. I'm 5'8" and lifetime natty.......unless you count rec drugs..........heh.

6'2" - so I have long arms.

215

I use 105's for Dumbell Presses

the last time I flat benched I hit 295 for 6...but I dint ever train that lift these days.

My best flat bench was 435 raw

I use the pink weights 50 reps on Dumbell Presses

My best flat bench was 435 grams raw

fixed.

Only natural guys? I am natural now. FYI the odds of you finding many guys on a steroid site posting up big bench numbers who are lifetime naturals is slim to none. You might get one or two. Furthermore, who cares how much you bench unless you are a competative powerlifter. Deadlift is a better indication of overall strength.

People still max out like teenagers in the gym?

go do your little 30 pec decs and leave us meatheads alone K?

LOL..........it's not bad to max out every now and again....you just have to be smart about it.

I usually hit 425 for 6 on the incline. That is the lowest I go rep wise. And never do flat bench.

That isn't huge at all. Two years ago was I was 385 for 6. Back when I was in college and swimming and the first time I ever went to a gym I hit 225 for 12. I imagine I could have gotten 315 for 6 then. It took me 6+ years just to increase the weight on the bar by 70lbs. Then another two years - and drugs - to add another 40 lbs to that total.

Also, when I was doing flat bench until stopping two years ago... the same weight I did on the flat was the same weight I could do on inclines. Not like some people that use less on the inclines. Kind of weird.

I have always benched the same if not more on incline than flat. In my case, it probably has something to do with simply having stronger shoulders and tris, and a weak chest.

But really wow, I havent lifted in a while.

345 @ 187lb easy, Blew out elbow next week so never saw real max. This was strictly lifting for power and natural. I guess I could have done it at a lower body weight but I love eating.

Same here, stronger incline than flat

I'm the same way.

Before I stepped to the dark side, I got 255 x 3.
