depends on your goals. i enjoy an isopure in the bottle every now and then. hopefully u can whip it up so it still tastes good. i try to stay carb free when dieting and use powder with carbs when bulking or maintaining.

what flavor did u get? u could always get another tub of the same flavor (carb free) and use half and half if u r worried about the carb content.

for me it wouldnt be. i gain weight like a mofo off too many carbs.
