maybe even 8 sets of 2 with them just like you would do box squats.
 
Whatever you decide on doing don't make you knee worse. I am in favor of more rehab oriented excercise for you ie. curls, extensions, maybe swissball squats.

im agreeing with the light rehab crew, maybe even some heavier accessory work. don't push it and take a chance

I would try to do something. Some light-stiff-legged GMs. However, be careful bro.
