Well...DE lower day again tomorrow. I still don't feel comfortable enough to do full squats (box squats for me)...so I am trying to decide what I can do. I've done partials for the past two weeks and need something different...

Sunday is my GM day...

I think that I could do some band ham curls and light leg extensions..maybe some pull throughs also. Not sure if I could pull or not just yet.

Just trying to stay positive as I know that I am getting weaker and my legs are getting smaller...

I would recommend light ham curls and some intensive calf work. Pus some stretching might help as well. I don't think any real weight excercises should be done untill 100% healed.

Don't worry a few more weeks and you will be fine

Don’t sweat it, muscle memory is a wonderful thing! Just think of the long term and where you will be in 6 months if you rest up and get fixed V’s pushing too hard to quickly now and making things worse…

well if your just dying to do something..........lol you could do seated zercher gms for reps instead of a max. maybe that may work them to some degree without much added stress???

If you can do GMs why not hit a totally differet variation than you did sunday. And do it for 3x8 or some singles, or doubles

Im impartial here. Half of me tells you to rehab instensly. the other half says if you could set a PR last week than wtf? Only you know your body. I think IT has the answers your looking for.

Still not sure what I will do...

clint, whats not to be sure about?

You can do gms...so do them. It seems like they would be more worthwhile to do than anything else

maybe even 8 sets of 2 with them just like you would do box squats.

agreed. You have to do something.

Honestly

Do you feel like you can go out and compete or is the WHEEL in your head

I KNOW that I can not go out and compete. I might be able to push myself on an event but then I would not be able to walk for a month.

I still feel pain and the numbness is slowly leaving (I think).
