im on a cutting diet.
have it all sorted out. actully quite high in cals.
2600-2700 a day.
low and high carb days.
40-50% prot
20-30% carb
20-30% fat
(all ratios depend on what day it is, low or high day)
yesterday i ate 2700 cals.
before i did low/highcarb days i ate as much but lost about 100g/day, exactly what i was looking for.
but now when i do high/lowcarb i loose weight like crazy!
did some legs yesterday, didnt do any cardio, just hanging around, walking around looking at girls, couldnt burn much cals there.
still, this morning when i woke up i weighted 600 g lesser than yesterday morning! more than a half kg!
i had a eatingday 2 days ago.
The day after and yesterday i had a lowcarb day.
i thought it must be waterloss.
but still i dont know so.....
and too lose that much, even if its water, does it effect my mucslemass?
i NEED to know this.
plz help me cause i dont know what im doing right now.
