thx guys, with my job i actually get all weekends off, so i was thinking of training today and tommorow. then training on wednesday. then tuesday and thursday. so i wouldnt be too tired for work and i could still lift decently.

You GO LEE!

Don't worry about training. I'd just say grab workouts as you can get 'em over the next couple of weeks and don't stress if you miss one...it certainly didn't zap you too badly before.

By the time those couple of weeks are up, you'll be used to your schedule and you'll be able to come up with a solid training plan you can stick to, even if you do have to get up early, etc.

Now, I don't remember where you live, but it is crazy fricking hot here in North Carolina. You'll want to take a water cooler with you to work if you spend much time outside! :)

and also my job is a lot of manual labor, so it should help me keep, and/or help me gain strength. i was hangin sheetrock yesterday, and some of the guys had been doin it there whole lives and were strugglin with 12 foot long pieces, and i would just grab one and slap it up for someone to shoot it in. needless to say, i was happy with myself.
