I never realized how bad I hold water, because in the past with water weight I felt pretty good.
However, I tried the peanutbutter diet 2 months ago and experienced excellent results with minimal water retention. I never felt so great and finally undertstand what people mean by bloat.
Now, I can't get rid of the bloat.
In a typical day I eat eggs, chicken, salad, probably a diet soda of some sort, water, seltzer, vegetables, protien shake, ocassional apple or banana, meat for dinner, and snack on pretzels, cheese, fruits. I'll have milk once in a while but I'm not a big fan.
Now I realize most of those foods have sodium. However, considering I'm eating somewhat well, I don't see how to mantain a healthy yet enjoyable diet and keep water weight down. Is it one or the other? I look at the diets that some of you guys have and it just seems too hard for me.
I'm a college student, 6'4, 235, 14-16% BF.
What do you guys do to cut the water weight? Or is this something thats entirely based on genetics...
