Washing your equipment.

I'd like to add that if you DO choose the dryer option, you can always dry it on low and take it out before it's totally dry.
 
Wash...wash...wash....

Ahhhhh, I always, always wash my gear. Just throw them in the washer, normal cycle, a little soap, (no fabric softener). Depending on how much I want them to tighten up depends on if it is cold, warm or hot. New gear I start off with a cold wash and hang dry. Older gear, warm wash and into the dryer.

PS - Have a few workout partners that don't believe in washing gear........GROSS! Talk about stinky!

haha... i actually washed my bench shirt, brought it in to bench in, and then all my training partners threw there old shirts at me, so now i have too many.. a few too big (one that was too big, ibenched 205 in! go me!) and a few too small( which i'll make myself fit into).. so looks like that washing went to a waste...
