Was gone for a minute now im back! Test and tren log fuckers

Ya that was cold for me too I'm only 5'9" as well man lol wish I was at least 6' but hey you can't have everything right haha.. I'm not that strong on my legs either I only max out at 365 on squats I was going to try and hit 405 the other day but I kind of struggled getting 2 reps out with 365 so I did a few drop sets and went to the stand up leg press.. I just started trying to hit heavier weight when I started this cycle I'm getting off right now the Tren had me feeling strong lol I loved it.. I'm about to kick my next Tren cycle with drol here in a couple months so hopefully I'll be able to get some new pr's on that cycle.. I'm excited.

Yes, yes you will Hahahaha drol = 30-50 pound increase on all major lifts within 2 or 3 weeks 😂

First drol blast is the most drastic though, this one is more mild and steady. I think cuz I was jus cruisin trt dose test then bumped everything and added drol at once the first time so it was insane and this time it's mid blast so bit less noticeable.
 
I never get less than 4 for any weight never maxed out.

I don't remember my numbers tonight but I did 6 sets of squats.

135x11
225x10
225x10
275x9
315x4
225x16(good song came on)

Then hamstring and quad girls 5 sets each
 
Did a full body circuit yesterday. Very high rep just to get blood going.
Leg press - overhead press
Press machine super setting with v bar cable rows

No less than 30 reps- taking my kid to the zoo today so won't be posting
 
I like the concept of "feeder"
Workouts so every once and a while I do it.
I was also approached by a friend of mine who happens to be one of the few top fight promoters in my city asking if I'd be interested in fighting again- I haven't since June of last year,So entertaining the idea of a cruise weight boxing match or a 205lb mma match.
We shall see
 
I boxed from 7 until 16 consistently. Started back up at 23 doing the mma thing.
I like boxing better- a little less luck involved. But my fight in June in red deer was middleweight mma.
Took it on 9 days and cut 40 lbs give or take
 
I trained mostly bjj off and on for like 3 years but every now and then I'd go into the kickboxing class.. I miss it.. I want to go in on Saturdays and do open mat for cardio but I never do..
 
so, calories are kicking in lol.
Very puffy now.
Been boxing all week and doing full
Body work and more conditioning drills.
Next week back into heavy weights.
Working on a week on week off schedule while I have my son(co-parenting)

Will have to check weight.
Considering dropping tren and drol already- acid reflux is annoying me and the cough from the gas in my throat as well.

Other then that loving it.
Dropped Adex to .7ml per day
