Was gone for a minute now im back! Test and tren log fuckers

Cool, I grew up on an acreage near Villeneuve but now reside in Airdrie.

Keep crushing the weights, I'll continue to follow the log
 
Hey thanks for tagging along man.
So the chiro says I have what's called a Subscapularis strain- very common with heavy benchers.
Will heal on its own with some stretching and time.
So no heavy presses for me- tons of high volume and cable flys lol.

Fuxking shoulders are 60 and my body is 24
 
So with the stretches and exercises recommended by my chiro I had an awesome chest workout.

About 20 minutes of stretching and rotator cuff work.

Warm up on the chest press machine- not plate loaded.
