Will heal on its own with some stretching and time. So no heavy presses for me- tons of high volume and cable flys lol. Fuxking shoulders are 60 and my body is 24

Warm up on the chest press machine- not plate loaded. 80x20 100x20 120x15 200x10 200x10 Incline bench press(No PR work) 135x15 225x10 225x10 225x10 135x15 Cable flies (ground up) 12.5kg x15 17.5kgx10 22.5kgx10 27.5kgx10 27.5kgx10(drop to 17.5kg for 10) Rope press downs 50x15 70x15 90x10 110x10 130x10 70x18 Seated tricep press machine(dip station) 240lbx20 repsx5 sets Called it a night after that didn't want to over do it. Feeling great this am and got a stupid pump last night
