I like to split up my dose up Dianabol - methandrostenolone - . Take your lowest dose in the morning and the higher dose before you go to workout say an hour before you workout take it. I say go for 30mgs ed with it and take 10mgs in the morning and take 20mgs before you workout this worked great for me and i loved it. Just saying everyone is different though like someone else said find your sweetspot. I liked Dianabol - methandrostenolone - at 20mgs ed i could feel it but it felt better at 30mgs and then i decided to bump it to 40mgs but i dont think i noticed to much of a difference between 30-40mgs ed.
