Still not fully recovered from contest day...I decided to still go a little light today and spend a bit more time on auxillary exercises (not flat bench press). Gotta get ready for the log press for a 1RM and the stones at my next contest...

Flat Bench Press
225 x 3 x 8 sets
45 sec rest between sets
mostly close grips

Bottom Position Incline Bench Press
275 x 3 x 3 sets

Overhand Barbell Rows
135 x 8
185 x 10 x 2 sets

Dbell Flyes (for rotators)
11's x 10 x 3 sets...talk about a burn...ouch.

Standing Bar Curls
135 x 6

Lying Dbell Tric Exts
30's x 8 x 4 sets, 15 sec rest betweens sets.

All in all a good one. Really focused on the secondary muscles to my overhead log press.

A few weeks ago I would have thought that was a light weight to use for the dumbell cleans, until I tried them myself that is. Not an ego exercise. Cuban presses are just as bad, had to work up to an empty Olympic bar for sets of 10.

So B fold, when are you going to shave the head to go with the goatee you're growing in there? I thought it was compulsory for y'all strongman types.

Ugh, the exercise I hate most is those seated cleans. I think it's because my shoulder has been sore every time I have done them. Well, that and using 15 lbs is humiliating.
 
nice workout, Those dumbells look so tiny in your hands! I think you should give up strongman training and go into fitness modeling becuase with all those curls, your biceps are gonna be huge!
 
epimetheus: Notice that your bench will get stonger, your shoulders will get bigger, and I was ONLY using the 11's :)

brian: I think I got it...been very busy today. Talking to an agent.

Deciever: Yeah...with my pretty face and smooth hands...I'd be a knock out model...lol. I actually do need to be doing some light curls...they help with atlas stones quite a bit.

I don't have a stomach...I have a BELLY !!! :)

Svend is one of the funniest guys I have ever met...and he is freaking huge. People just don't realize how large those guys really are!!!

Svend is the talles 6'2" I have ever seen...and the biggest 300lbs too.
