I am 21 years old, about to turn 22 for you guys information. Yes I have a baby face, but I can not help that. And as far as everyone elses comments, I can not help some of things that you commented on. I am fighting against genetics... which alot of you who commented do not have to fight against.

Also, you guys need to keep in mind that this is only the 4th week of a 12 week cycle...

As far as what I am taking:
1-6: Sus 250mg wk
2-6: Dbol 30mg ED
5-11: Primo 400mg wk
6-12: Winny 100mg EOD

Using arimidex throughout; starting clen, eca, t3 week 6. Followed up by clomid.

Not everyone is blessed with "God" genetics......I have to work backwards from obeste to skinny while most of you work from skinny to huge.....

Dude, I am not blessed with any type of genetic gift...but honestly as a P.T. I can tell you that no matter how shitty your genetics may be, you are always able to get to a certain point through a perfect diet and training regimen. Just a few questions:

How long have you been working out, honestly?

What does your everyday diet, when you are NOT on gear, look like?

The only reason I ask is because you may be wasting your time with gear. Once again, no offense, but by your pictures it does not look like you have built up anything of a base to begin with. Maybe you have only been lifting for 1-2 years or maybe your diet just sucks, but either way it is important to deal with those variables before you turn to steroids.

I just checked your other post of your before pics, and in them you said that you had already done a cycle, which would make this your second. No flame bro, but you are not doing something right...but that is what we are all here for. Do yourself a favor and get your diet/training in check then use gear in the future.

Not everyone is blessed with "God" genetics like those of Mike P.T., and PURE EXTRACT, and Big Buck..... how everyone strives to be like them.... They are so great that they do not have to bother with reading the information that is behind each post like what week of the cycle it is, and how little I am taking, etc....
Word of advise to those with "God" genetics.... learn to read some of the information behind posts... or has all the gear gone to you head and blocked you from being able to read things unless they abbreviated...example: primo, ox, winny, dbol!!

Mike can you believe this guy. Hey Barnes, how long were you "training" before you juiced? I was working out for a good 2 years before I did, and after I realized that I should have waited but oh well fuck it. I don't have God given genetics. My first cycle consisted of sust only for 10 weeks,I think, the highest I went was 1g for 2 weeks. All we were saying is that you should have definitely learned how to train and eat properly instead of trying to learn how to use gear, train, and eat right all at the same time. I'm going off what I see here from your pics.

Well, first.. sorry about the ugly post... I just got a little frustrated, that is all.

My first cycle was 6 weeks of Dbol, and 6 weeks of winny... very minor. As far as training... I am currently 21 about to turn 22, as I said before.. I learned how to train my senior year of high school when I was unable to play soccer due to a shattered knee cap my junior year. Then freshman year of college came and it was beer, beer, beer, and more beer.. along with pound, pounds, pounds of weight. I went from 185lbs graduating my senior year to 230lbs at the end of my freshman year. Definately not the ideal way to eat and stay healthy. My sophmor year I learned how to diet right, and lost 30lbs without gear. Then I continued my training/diet for another year. Then this last summer after what would have been my junior year except the fact that I got suspended after my fall semester of my junior year. I had 6 months of nothing but eating, working, lifting... that was it. Nothing to do but that. This this last summer at the end of June (June 25 to be exact) I did my first cycle of dbol/winny (orals on both). Then I finished in the first of September weighing 190lbs. Then I worked out for another month and a half after that and then did not work out for a month. Then started back up in Novemember with no supplements for a couple of weeks then creatine/L-Glutamine/DHEA (Tribulus 500)/multi-vit, protein, etc. Then I spent Christmas break training with no supplements except multi-vitamins, protein and a diet. I started this cycle weighing 200lbs. I currently weigh 215lbs. I have two more weeks of bulking, then I will start to cut. I promise that you will see more results after I start to cut, then you will proceed to see now.

I hope this answers any questions/comments that you may have....

:newbie:  you will learn. .

btw, in no way was this meant as a flame just to down you bro. just laying down our opinions on why you shouldn't be juicing yet. i have no respect for lazy individuals just taking it just use as a short cut. that's just my opinion. you can tell that u haven't put up much effort in building a good base before you started. that, makes you lazy. even in your other thread that u linkd u said u have been lazy since coming off your cycle and now your juicing again. see what we mean. anyway's good luck bro. you are new and everyone does make mistakes. good luck. u will need it. ;)

The laziness in-between this cycle and the last was due to something else.... I should have explained myself a little better. I had to make grades after I got suspended from school. If I wanted to continue to be in school, and not continue paying for my school I had to prove myself to my father about my grades, and I did....... I am not saying that this is a reason for slacking on my diet, but Understand the financial burden of paying for your own school without aid (I search for aid, trust me!), working part-time while in school, and carring a 3.00 GPA from 16 hours of class, and continue to workout very late at night when I could to keep myself in some type of shape. I should of included this in the above post... but I had so much to say and it was hard to find the words.

As far as learning, I have learned alot since I have been here. I have learned more in the time that I have been here than I have in my entire lifting career.......And I do have everyone here to thank for that!!

No flame but i believe that is another excuse that you use. For me training and diet is a lifestyle. I might not have the greatest genetics and do have some lagging bodyparts but i never try to miss a workout. I work 12-14 hour days sometimes so i get up at 5:45AM to get to the gym for 7:00AM so i can train before work. Once i get home i prepare my meals for the next day no matter what! I practically bring a suitcase of food and drinks with me and i'm not embarrassed. Since i've been working out in the last 3 years, i;ve gone from school and work to a full-time job to owning my onw small business while doing some consulting. In the end it's all worth it.

I wouldn't go as far as to say it was a lifestyle for me, but it is a big part of my life. It is something that I enjoy doing... not for the girls, the looks or anything else, just for plain ole me. It may not look that way, and the words that I typed earlier may not appear to you guys to be that way, but it is and you will have to take my word for it. I know where I am at, and I know where I've been, and I know where I am going to be (as far as lifting), and to me that is all that matters.

Barnes, you need to listen to these guys. They might be a little harsh, but they are right. You are nowhere near ready for AS. You are wasting your money. When you and I were PMing before, I should have told you to wait. I guess I assumed you were a more experienced lifter.

The body you want is 95% about loving the gym and eating right. It's about 5% AS. Any of these guys will tell you that. You need two years of solid training and diet before you even think about using gear. I don't care how many injuries you had or how much you think you know, you are making a mistake.

Learning about diet and training will get you to your goal many times quicker than messing with AS right now. Take advantage of the knowledge on this board, there's plenty of it.
