As many of you know, I competed in April '01 at 179lbs in an all-nat show. After 5 months of eating everthing in sight and bustin' my ass in the gym, I'm almost back to where I started before I started dieting. I weighed 219 in these pics. Didn't pump for these pics.
I'm wanting to do another show in April '02. I'm just coming off of a 7 week bench program, and gaining some decent strength (but no noticable size though ). In 3 weeks I'm going to start a different program, and I just wanted to get everyones opinion on what I should focus on next. I know you will all say chest, but it needs a break for a good month to heal up from this crazy program I've been doing. What'cha think? Keep kickin' the size? Watch the diet and rep for hardness/vascularity? Anything else? Thanks in advance.
