Today marks the end of day4 for my DNP cycle
I'm 170IBS and taking 600mg a day.
As far as heat goes I'm not uncomfortably hot. Nor does sweating like a pig seem to be that much of a problem. I a little clamy but thats the extent of that.
I had a horrible time motivating myself to hit the gym today because I feel bloated. When I weighed in at the gym I weighed in at 173.5 ouch. Thats discouraging when your cutting. God damn I must be holding alot of water. I can't drink anymore water my stomach is always full of it. Once I started working out, after about 15 minutes I was sweating pretty good, and I didn't feel so bloated so my workout went as normal. I checked my abs and they were less visible than when I started the cycle and I still weighed the same, so I took in pretty much the same amount of water I sweated out while I was there. As for the cycle the only reason I can't wait to be done is this damn water rentention. I want to see what the cycle has done and I want to "feel" thin again. One good note is I don't look bloated (except for the fact that my abs are vananishing). I.e. I don't have a fat face ect.. I just feel it.
Are there foods I might find in the house that are natural duiretics besides caffine? Mabe some kind of seasoning's? Something that might act like dandalion root? I really don't want to buy a duiretic when this is the only time I will use it even if it is very cheap.
btw, has anyone else gone up in weight during the dnp cycle from water weight. I know quite a few people stay the same weight through the cycle and then drop it off at the end because the water retention counters the fat drops during the cycle. But has anyone else had their water weight outpace their fatdrop weight during the cycle like I appear to be doing?
