I don't have gyno ? I also have Arimidex on hand, I haven't had gyno this entire cycle could just be fat your seeing, I don't have puffy nipples or itchy nipples nothing in the breast tissue or behind the nipple is sore or hurts. I am a bit lost what u mean by check my gyno unless u see something I don't.

gyno is always possible but if you don't have any itchy nipples or any type of lump than I think you're good
