1 can of tuna dumped in a beer mug. Fill tuna can with water and dump it in too. Take a hand BLENDER (not to be confused with a mixer) and blend 20 seconds and drink !!! You'll be able to consume a can in about 10 seconds. 31 G of protien @ 150 calories for around $.50. The best tasting is Chicken of the Sea. It really does not taste bad especially if you blend it in a beer mug and imagine that it's your favorite lager. Adding 1 cup of cooked rice and 1 cup of water will give you an extra 200 calories and 48 grams of carbs BUT is not as tastey.
