I basically think it is a great alternative for those who normally have terrible eating habits and don't like to cook for themselves.... If you're someone who normally eats Burger King or similar for two of your meals and then snacks on gas station junk food then switching to Subway (Subgay (love it!!)) is an awesome option for you..... Don't get me wrong, I enjoy Subway, but like everyone on EF can find much healthier protein packed choices.... Another thing is that for most guys a half a sub that contains 300-400 calories or more with cheese and dressing won't be filling so we get the full sub that can be up to 800-1000 cals....
never get cheese, and i get olive oil and vinegar as a dressing. double roasted chicken breast wrap with loads of spinach, olives, jalepenos, green peppers, and tomatoes. thats my cheat meal every once an awhile.
i fucking eat subway all the time and love the fuck out of it, most of the time i eat 12' tuna, no cheeze peppers and oil vinegar, im not worried about eating there all the time, because if you eat right the rest of the day your body/metabolism should burn that shit np especially on my workout days
