I have been tracking my diet on fitday for the last week. Below is a rather typical day for me. I am consuming 3500 to 3800 calories each day. Protein is usually around 37 to 40%. Fat is 35 to 37% and carbs around 20 to 28%.
My goals is to reduce belly fat. The mirror shows that I am working in the right direction. The scale has me down about 5 lbs from my start date. Can I be doing more? Should I reduce caloric intake? I don't really want to lose weight just belly fat.
