Ok...another question...
So, right now my back is fried, chest is a little sore...tris and bis still a bit.
But, if i went to the gym and did some leg/hamstring work...still fairly fresh.
Will this not allow the rest of my body to recuperate?
I need to know if i am going to the pool or the gym
