hmm. sounds like you are most concerned with dieting.
read up on AAS just read posts, literally read every post you can and absorb knowledge,
you'll find some conflicting information but if you go to this site a couple times a week and read a few posts each time in a few months you'll be surprised how much you know.
this board is great because it deals with real life experience, this is also the problem as you'll get some viewpoints and opinions that are just completley inconsistent w/ everyone else. anyways if i were you i'd go to the diet section post up what you eat every day, post up your fat loss goals (say get to 10% bf) and they can help you "fix" whatever is getting in the way of your fat loss goals, by the time you get there you will have researched and will be ready for a cycle if that's what you decide to do.
