carb wise..i eat a boat load postworkout and a litle an hour or so later and thats it
im asking cause have a female that was asking diet q's and i have no clue for women..she dont wanna bulk just looking to get on a decent diet and gains some strength and if BF drops thats fine but its not a goal..
