Got shoulders today. Im easily gonna pull 500 on this cycle for deads, 405 was light. Ill videotape all my workouts next week for the main important lifts. Im def gonna videotape 135 db incline this friday haha
 
Nice work on the deadlifts! If the 405 was easy then 500 should be a piece of cake, really nice work though!
