So do my Monday workout on evo, Tuesday workout on ef, and no evo post on Tuesda?. Just double checking for clarification and making sure no rules are broken. Thanks
 
Lower 2:
Toe Press: 165x9, x9, x9 Rep match
1/2 Kneeling Ham: 27.5x8, x7, 18.75x13
Leg Extension: 129x9, x9
Cybex Squat Press: 160x9, 165x8
SL Hammer Hip Press: 90x8, 60x13
Cybex Adductor: 81x7, 63x13
Cybex Abductor: 40x13, 49x9

Leg press weights are per side not total. Recovery in a good position currently. Have a few recovery methods in work I use. Rest day tomorrow definitely accumulating fatigue easier as numbers go up. Not insane numbers but definitely strong for me. Just need to keep the consistency which is no worries and see how far I can take it

Training:
Upper:

BB Bench: 105x3, 80x12
BB Row: 105x6, 77.5x14
Incline Smith: 27.5x9, 18.75x13
SA Lat Pulldown: 65x8, 50x13
DB Lateral: 12.5x10, 10x13
Smith Shrug: 25x14, 30x10
DB Curl: 20x6, 15x10, 12.5x13
Dual Rope Pushdown: 25x9, x8, 15x18

Progressed all movements. Working towards that 140 bench but taking it slow and steady. Had been taking bigger jumps and up roughly 25kg in the last 3 and a bit weeks so happy enough there considering it’s almost like a new movement again. Progress is the best it’s been so far. Really enjoying this change of programming. Have this Monday upper fully locked in now has been playing with new sets of kit as I’m in a different gym to all my other training days due to some timing issues with work.
