So I was hoping you could give me some advice. I am trying to gain lean mass right now...Just started my cycle 1 week ago. I am 5'7 150lbs and just got my bodyfat tested (8%)..I am training 6 days a week and am going to lay out my diet...any suggestion or revisions would be greatly appreciated..i will also lay out my cycle.....I am trying to get that very hard dense vascular look..Putting on 10-15lbs would be great and dropping the body fat to 4-6% also with some sick abs.....
Cycle
Sustanon 500/week..weeks 1-16
Equipoise - boldenone undecylenate - 600/week..weeks 1-16
Dianabol - methandrostenolone - 30mg/day..weeks 1-4
Winstrol 75mg/day weeks 10-16
HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - - human chorionic gonadotropin - 500iu's E5D through out cycle
AND LOTS OF P.C.T READY
Diet
8AM : 4 Eggs, 2 Cups Oatmeal
10AM 2 Packs tuna, 1/4 bag of 90sec rice..brown or pilaf
1pm Same as 10AM or Oatmeal instead of rice 1-2 packets
2-3pm...work out
3:15-3:30 1 8oz chicken breast, 1/4 bag of rice
5:30 1 pack of tuna, one muscle milk protien drink, 1/4 bag of rice...
7:30 1 piece of pork, baby greens salad with cheese and light balsamic
9:30pm...just a 8oz piece of chicken, or 1 piece or pork chop, or 2 packs tuna
All my food is cooked on the foreman grille at work and no marinades really added....
