tell me your on cycle problems and I will come up with something to help

I am not looking to gain 10-15 pounds of muscle maybe at most 5lbs of muscle.

I was told to try this cycle 1cc winni 5 days a week, 50mg turanabol a day 5 days a week, and 1cc LSP Threenbolon 150 2 times a week. This is a 10 week cycle. I will be eating about 2600 calories a day and diet will consist of mostly chicken breast, brocoli, brown rice, and a couple protien shakes. Should I also include any post cyle therapy with this? If so what should I do and how much? I already have a bottle of Primobolan - methenolone - 100 would you recommend substituting that for the Threen if I have concerns about putting on to much size? Or maybe do one bottle of Threen for the first 5 weeks then finish with the bottle of Primobolan - methenolone - the last 5 weeks? Any advice or help will be appreciated.

christ give me about a week to fine every thing thats wrong with this hole post.

I think first and for most you dont need any aas..you dont need any at all bro non not a drop or a pill nothing at all..............fix your diet and you will get the look you are looking for with no problems at all.or you could keep doing what your doing and fuck your self all up....

just diet and training bro not being a dick but thats all you need.

I don't have a problem with my diet it works just fine. It took me once before from 196 to 169 and I am sure as shit it is gonna take me from 188 back down to 169. If there is one thing I don't have to worry about is my diet it is this dam steriod shit I am struggling with. I really don't understand what so wrong with the post. I loved the results I got from the winni used along with my diet and workout and now I am just looking to add to it. The cycle i mentioned above I was told would be a good cycle to do to help get lean and add 5lbs or so. Just because I am not looking to add 15lbs of muscle doesn't necessarily mean that I cannot benefit from a cycle of steriods. I asked a pretty straight forward question yet you reply with saying i don't need to do any steriods but do not give a reason. Please explain??

then dont take them just use the diet...why add something like aas that you dont need bro.

if you must learn about aas then yes we will all teach you but if you or any one can obtain a goal with out them then why use them...

you said it your self your diet alone can get you to where you want to be so that is why I say dont take steroids...

you want the mens health look right..well you dont need aas for that...
all you need is diet...why risk every thing you risk finding and getting aas
all the problems you could have for a goal you can reach with out them...

Ok it is my fault I don't think I am being clear. On my previous cycle I didn't do the winni till I hit about 178 in weight so at that point I had lost 18 pounds from the diet. When I kicked in the winni and maintaining the diet the results were awesome. I lost an additional 9lbs (From the diet and the winni) and was so happy with the results. I got stronger and my workouts were so much more intense. I feel as though that with proper diet and the correct combination of steroids I can accelerate the results I am looking for. That is my goal plus I wouldn't mind and extra 5-8lbs (preferrably in my legs and chest). If your saying that anyone can loose weight and gain muscle with proper diet and excersize than that is a basic argument for anyone to not do steriods. So essentially you should have been telling everyone in the prior posts the same thing you are telling me. And by "Men's Health Look" I don't mean some thin lean model looking type person. Half the dudes in Mens Health are pretty good size and are definitley on something. Just because I am not trying to do any body building competitions doesn't mean I cannot benefit from steriods.

Lets not kid ourselves here steriods are a multiplier when used correctly with the right diet and excersize they accelerate and increase your results much faster than if done naturally. I am sure 80% of the people on this board can get the results they are looking for if they just implement the proper diet and excersize. Granted it will take them 4 times longer maybe even more but nobody wants to wait that long that is why we have this board. I am simply looking for what everyone else on here is looking for, which is something to help multiply my hard work and attain my goals faster. Only difference is i am not looking to gain 20lbs. I am interesting in shredding up and adding 5-8lbs of lean muscle.

I appreciate your advice but I don't see the logic because the advice you are giving me applies to almost everyone but for some reason I am the only one who doesn't need to do steroids. You sound like a very knowledgeable person and you definitley know your shit I just don't see how I differ from anyone else.
 
Ok, heres my dilemma.

I have 50 mg caps of Dbol. However, 50 is a little excessive as a component of a stack. (Unless underdosed, which is likely) I planned my cycle to use 20mg Dbol/day, but obviously that is going to be hard to do without weighing the powder which altogether is a big pain in the ASS. So I compromise with 25mgs a day no big because guessing half is easier than any other fraction.

Solution attempted:

I tried emptying the capsules contents into a measured cup of hot water, stirred and consumed half of its contents. The powder doesnt seem to dissolve well in water and likely I am getting one dose larger than the other.

This is the best I time allowing solution I can come up with. Should I just stick with it?

Or should I just run 50mgs a day getting constant dosage and enjoy it?

well if you want good hard gains with fat lose and not huge size then go with primo not winny..

500mg primo ew for 14 weeks
good diet and the rite training

much much better then just winny alone

pct dermacrine sustain for 4 weeks 5 pumps ed starting 2 weeks after last inject....

So I guess you are saying the combo of Winni, Threen, and Turanbol will put on more size than I am looking for?

I appreciate your help and your advice I have heard good things about Prima. Excuse my newbie ignorance to but what do you mean by 5 pumps every day. Do you mean 5 injections every day and of how much?

dermacrin is is a topical that is placed on the skin 5 pumps of the liquid put on your skin of your upper body...pm me for more details
