Im 5'6 171lbs and growing daily just into 3rd week of sus/Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - /Turanabol, my main goal is of course like most to gain as much muscle as possible with as little fat and bloat as possible.
Im also taking a full serving of Lipostack everyday



just make your pwo shake with gaterade bro..dont go over board with the carbs that time of night though
 
This might sound stupid but what kind of gatorade will taste good with chocolate protein lol Also how much gatorade would you suggest?

I think any one of them would bro there all fruit flavors most of them any way...
how many scoops protein do you use because I use 2 no matter what brand so I use a lot more liquid to mix it with or get gets think as hell...but if just one scoop then 1 serving is good.
 
Usually i use 2 or 3 scoops with 10 ounces of skim milk i kinda like it thick. so maybe ill use it now with no milk and 20floz of gatorade??? or did you mean one serving of gatorade as in 8 floz

ya if it was 1 scoop then 8 onces would be fine but you might want to add a little more unless you dont mind drinking sludge lol it would be pretty think.
