Did you copy and paste this?? First, If you had any clue about lifting/diet, when needto asked you how many calories you took in only a JACKASS with no clue would say 1800. Thats your guess lol. You should not have to plug it in (software) to understand that you need atleast 4k to gain mass pussy boy. "My diet is so clean, I want lean muscle, my pussy hurts"

You should read some of your old post on the steroid forum maybe you forgot how you use to act. Also when did you start doing steroids? Not trying to start shit but come on with this bs. How many cycles have you ran? Is your bf still 30%?

If i work out in the evening say around 9:00pm to 10:30pm,
(1)should i still have alot of carbs with my PWO shake?
I usually go to bed around 12:30am or 1am.
(2)Also what number of carbs would you recommend for me to take and what source should i get them from i cant eat 10 rice cakes so looking for something more manageable, maybe Cytosport's collegiate Whey i think it has 80g or something like that?

Im 5'6 171lbs and growing daily just into 3rd week of sus/deca/tbol, my main goal is of course like most to gain as much muscle as possible with as little fat and bloat as possible.
Im also taking a full serving of Lipostack everyday
