Tami Bellon - headed to North American's

Looks like we have a pretty similar workout set-up! :)

I also do DC, and keep HIIT as my cardio, love it and seems to really help cut-up my legs and keep my glutes in check lol

HAHA!! I was having that SAME problem for the first 4-6 weeks of my dieting this go around, but ever since I switched over to HIIT and intervals the scale is moving again! ;)

OK - I just want to put this out here.....

I've sensed a little bit of tension here and there and just want to let you all know that in no way do I intend to step on anyone's toes or make anyone feel like I know more, or I'm this or I'm that. I don't think of myself in that way AT ALL.

I am on this board to help people - really....it's that simple. I'm not here to try to "outdo" or "one up" anyone. I'm sincerely just trying to help people who need it.

Please don't think I'm trying to take over the world here - I just have a lot of info. that can really help people and that's my goal. :)

My training split:

Mon: calves, bi's, tri's
Tues: glutes, hams, quads
Wed: off
Thurs: calves, back
Fri: chest, shoulders
Sat: off
Sun: off

HIIT cardio 30 min. 2x a day ED - so even though I don't have weights some days, I'm still in the gym.

Diet:
Needto's bars (breakfast or pwo only)
broccoli
cauliflower
mixed veggies (no corn, limited baby carrots)
eggs
chicken breast
beef
protein shakes (emergencies only)

That's it - pretty exciting! :goof:
