T-Rex and Training update

Ok Love the t-rex I still cant take 3 caps if I want to sleep.
Starting out weight I weighed in at 260 Im now weighing in at 257
I was getting discouraged about only dropping 3lbs but my clothes have realy gotten baggy so I know im losing fat and keeping muscle. Im still getting stronger and im eating 5or 6 meals a day along with 2 protein shakes daily.
My cardio has been speed walking at 4.0 for 45min I just started 2 sessions of cardio Mon running 3miles on empty stomach thats running a .25 and walking a .25 to keep the body guessing and at night when I get off work I will hit the weights and walk 45min on the treadmill does this seem on target for you guys.
And I have noticed my sex drive is up alot could this have anything to do with the t-rex.

Excellent... keep at it!

Never go by the scale... go by the mirror and how clothes fit, the scale doesn't judge if you've put on muscle or not.

Alot of people here will recomend HIIT style cardio. High Intensity Interval Training. You'll probably have to go to that once your body adapts to speed walking you'll have to crank up the intensity to continue to see results because our bodies adapt quickly sometimes.... use accordingly.

Sex drive could be from just lifting (are you lifting??), cardio, and eating better. No clue... enjoy it then if it's better than before, lol.

What does your weight training consist of?
 
Mon-chest-alot of incline dumbell work
Tue-back
Wed-shoulders
Thur-arms
Fri-legs

I have noticed a big drop in weight when I added cardio in the morning on empty stomach except for half banana and t-rex.
