April 23rd would mark the beginning of my 5th week on a cyclical ketogenic diet. i have been happy with the results and its been quite an experience so far.
however i am beginning to realize how much my strength has suffered in the gym and i miss throwing up bigger weights. i want to continue to lean out but i really want to be stronger and get big pumps like i used to when i consumed carbs every day, hence the switch over to a targeted ketogenic diet.
i want some guidelines on how to do this correctly . this sunday would typically be my carb up day ... should i skip that and just go straight into a Tkd next monday?
how many carbs should i eat preworkout and from what source? i am planning on using glucose disposal agents such as Na-R-Ala and cinnamon / vanadyl sulfate.
i am on a cycle of equipoise and deca/ testosterone currently as well. im 5'8'' approx. 220lbs. and i don't know my bf% but i can see 4 abs all day long..
