There is a grocery issue and last weeks steakfest has me a bit turned off meat right now never thought that day would come :worried: So yeah whole lot of protien shakes today.

Mood feeling like a serious fatty! I stepped away for my desk for 2 seconds and a vendor left me a chocolate bar! I gave it away got to try to keep this stuff undercontrol as much as possilbe this weekend was good but oi it put some fat on for sure.

Cookies and chocolates are all over this dam place as Chrismas approaches it will only get worse. I would much rather stuff my face on sushi and or pizza on the weekend then have candy and stuff so I am giving it all away!

My main goal this week was to get him to start eating breakfast and then about an hour before lifting eat and right after. He so far has not followed through with the breakfast thing everyday. He has also not made a trip to the grocery store to pick up better food options I told him to he can help himself to my stuff for the time being but good gawd it is pissing me off that he wont make the little effort to pick up groceries. We live less then a 5 minute walk to the grocery store he has time to walk to the bar after work and drink but not to the grocery store? WTF? Sorry I am ranting here I just need to get it out so I don’t blow up on him to much. I told him that the journal was for him to keep himself account able for what he is doing to his body. He was complaining to me last night about his stomach bothering him about an hour after I looked at his journal well no fucking wonder did you see what you ate. ARG!!!!!
They are so delicate at this stage. Any overpushing can turn them off.
I learned the hard way with my wife & daughter. :( They have to get the bug themselves, & it's like nurturing a fragile plant to get it to grow.

BTW, I know it's hokey, but I love NVP, Og, & Dale Carnegie for Motivation. Zig Ziglar is good too.

LOL all the junk food is at my work and I give it to my other co workers. We have vendors coming by all the time handing us junk food.

Mondays work out sucked I could barely bang out 225 x 6 on rack deads I am getting weaker :( The gym was retardly hot too. Hopefully tonight is better if I wasn't feeling so fat I would just wear less but right now I want to cover up :worried:
