Once I start with my trainer it will be unlikey that I will keep a detailed log probably just progress pics and how I feel etc. As I am paying him for his services I know he doesn't want me sharing which I respect. I will so be here to support all my lovies in there journies to stage you ladies keep me going :heart: Oh so does :theshadow and the other gents that take the time around here :)

Mood: Fantastic :D Heading to Chi on Saturday can't wait work holiday party etc is going to be fab. I think aunt flow is making the trip to though. I had some pretty intense cramps last night. However that happens some times and she never actually appears to we will just have to wait and see.

On a side note I started training my roommate. He just wants to be healthy and holy hell does he have lot of work ahead of him. I am trying to ease him into things. I don't expect him to be full on into it he just wants to be healthy. Problem is he thinks going to the gym gives him a free ticket to eating and drink crap. I gave him a journal on Sunday and told him to write down everything he puts in his body. He is 30 years old and has a bleeding ulcer I am concerned for his health and I think after the gym he will be getting a big tough love speech.

This is what he had on December 4th

Around 6 had 4 rum and cokes
Later that night half a box of wheat things with salsa

My main goal this week was to get him to start eating breakfast and then about an hour before lifting eat and right after. He so far has not followed through with the breakfast thing everyday. He has also not made a trip to the grocery store to pick up better food options I told him to he can help himself to my stuff for the time being but good gawd it is pissing me off that he wont make the little effort to pick up groceries. We live less then a 5 minute walk to the grocery store he has time to walk to the bar after work and drink but not to the grocery store? WTF? Sorry I am ranting here I just need to get it out so I don’t blow up on him to much. I told him that the journal was for him to keep himself account able for what he is doing to his body. He was complaining to me last night about his stomach bothering him about an hour after I looked at his journal well no fucking wonder did you see what you ate. ARG!!!!!

A bleeding ulcer is caused by H-Pylori Bacteria and not what you eat. He needs to see a Dr to get some antibiotics.

He did see a Dr. got antibotics but they also told him his diet and poor health was a big part of it. He shakes to like freaking leaf too. Half way through the workouts I have him drinking gatoraide which helps some but dam. When we are at the gym he gives 110% but dam outside of the gym it is hard. I feel like I am nagging him but I know he wants to be healthier so he says.

You got to show him his "evil" ways are hurting him. Some people are totally clueless when it comes to how to take care of themselves.
Still very nice of you to help him out...sometimes people just need a good guide :-)

On the way home I lectured him last night LOL I was like you know how you complain about all your stomach problems you know what the cause of it is right. He was like I dunno :rolleyes: I said bull shit you dam well know ... Then he was like cause I drink to much, smoke and eat crap. Exactly freaking right that is why!!!

This weekend was fantastic over the course of 24 hours I ate 1 medium gordizano's deep dish pizza. :p I had just nibble on the food at my holiday party everything was fantastic and beautiful. I love how everything in Chicago is decorated so extravagantly Bloomingdales and Hilton both made my jaw drop when I walked in unreal. On another note how the hell do people afford to shop at Bloomingdales? Seriously I picked up a couple of purses I thought were cute and put them right back down once I saw the price tag. There was one dress to die for it was not to out of this world priced but not in my budget either. LOL I did get some sexy little panties from Victoria Secrets and that was about the extent of my shopping. Everything was packed wall to wall spent some very brief time in Water Tower Place but couldn’t handle the crowds. Oh and what is up with 16-17 year old walking around with Channel and Couch purses if I can't afford that shit how the hell can they? Makes me want to slap there parents. Another thing about Americans y'all where a whole lot of designer everything and fur to holy. I guess Canadians are to PC to wear fur but I saw at least a dozen woman out on Saturday in furs.
