I have been on sup2 for about a month now...I have gained 10-12 lbs and I'm as lean as I was before I started it...I can not give any secrets away, but I can not get over the change in your workout on swole program...Only down side is that my girlfriend told me that my calves looked like they were getting a tad smaller...Oh well...My legs tend to respond to high volume/Heavy wieghts anyways...Swole is a class act...Any ? I have, he answers, and I get his approval on EVERYTHING that revolves around his program...I actually had a few people tell me I was getting leaner...I was able to tell them I was actually 10lbs heavier...I'll keep you guys posted...
