Well, seeing what naturals come out looking like, I'd say you'd look like a cross between a statue and a mannequin and pretty damn good. I don't know how far we'd be starting out from your final "look", but the end result is always platinum quality. The results will come from the program itself, the items you utilize will accelerate the events and enhance the final product just a bit.
I don't advise on the use of AAS, but clients do utilize them and I know what they do in conjunction w/the program.

Yes, I believe ALL diets should change between training and non-training days. I cannot imagine eating for a training day on a non-training day, and vice versa.

I mean, REDUCE the cals, carbs as the day progresses; since you are training first thing............then I thought, well hell, I'll have no juice for the next morning's session, so maybe that isn't such a good idea......
 
You do cut down on the carbs, as you only need so much to begin the repair process and re-fill glycogen stores. Any more than that during the day you'll want to avoid, as your body simply has no reason to need more.
