sup2 results thus far

I have been on sup2 for about a month now...I have gained 10-12 lbs and I'm as lean as I was before I started it...I can not give any secrets away, but I can not get over the change in your workout on swole program...Only down side is that my girlfriend told me that my calves looked like they were getting a tad smaller...Oh well...My legs tend to respond to high volume/Heavy wieghts anyways...Swole is a class act...Any ? I have, he answers, and I get his approval on EVERYTHING that revolves around his program...I actually had a few people tell me I was getting leaner...I was able to tell them I was actually 10lbs heavier...I'll keep you guys posted...
 
damn, sounds nice... im still sticking to his swolegenix, and haveing great results with it too... good luck and keep up the great progress

yeah...well your as shredded 240...I will be somewhat plump @240...But we will fix that.
 
I'm somewhat shredded at 240.........much better at 230.........

Even though I lose 10 more lbs., in pics it'll make you look 10 lbs. bigger, lol...........

i just hopped on SU2 a couple weeks ago. i needed some help in gettin past that 204-205 platuea without adding all the weight in my gut. so far so good, and i'm anxious to see how things are going at about the 6 week mark.
 
That's awsome man, keep it up.

I've been a devotee of SGX for sometime now...I'll probably give swolledup2 a go in the future.

well as far as I'm concerned it's worth it...It's nice getting bigger but not bloated at the same time.
 
I hate bulking diets that make people look like "balloon face" or a puffer-fish. Those are not bulking diets, those are horrid attempts at lean mass acquisition.

I just finished my 2nd week on SUP2 after being on SGX for 16 weeks. So far my workouts are going great and my weight is up a little, but I expect to see some good gains in the next couple of weeks.

muscleup, did you get most of your gains during or after the first 2 weeks?
 
does anybody have a link to this product.... i'm finishing my ckd in a month... and going on a mass phase for a couple more...

SC - wasnt accussing...just asking bro, as some are extremely against it and some are advocates..........does your diet change between training and non-training days?

5 weeks in bro....I'm still gaining...I went to the gym this morning and wieghed 231 on an empty stomach{after a cheat day}...Now thats with my shoes on and all...But I think I will hit my gaol soon enough...I should be working with swole for a few months or so.
 
Well, seeing what naturals come out looking like, I'd say you'd look like a cross between a statue and a mannequin and pretty damn good. I don't know how far we'd be starting out from your final "look", but the end result is always platinum quality. The results will come from the program itself, the items you utilize will accelerate the events and enhance the final product just a bit.
I don't advise on the use of AAS, but clients do utilize them and I know what they do in conjunction w/the program.

All good bro, all good...........

Yes, I believe ALL diets should change between training and non-training days. I cannot imagine eating for a training day on a non-training day, and vice versa.

I mean, REDUCE the cals, carbs as the day progresses; since you are training first thing............then I thought, well hell, I'll have no juice for the next morning's session, so maybe that isn't such a good idea......
 
You do cut down on the carbs, as you only need so much to begin the repair process and re-fill glycogen stores. Any more than that during the day you'll want to avoid, as your body simply has no reason to need more.

I mean moon face from just bulking w/no regard for physical appearance or for the degree of difficulty when attempting to lean out and keep the majority of lean muscle tissue.

If anything, Dbol IS the #1 moon faced drug........unless you have a face that doesn't gain weight like a few do. Big ass bellies and face stays the same, lol...........

Yup I lean more towrds the leaner looking face...Woman like it more and My blood pressure does also...Uping the calories next week, swole.... It always hard starting out and then after a few days you adjust....Thats a good bit of eating:D
