I hate bulking diets that make people look like "balloon face" or a puffer-fish. Those are not bulking diets, those are horrid attempts at lean mass acquisition.
I just finished my 2nd week on SUP2 after being on SGX for 16 weeks. So far my workouts are going great and my weight is up a little, but I expect to see some good gains in the next couple of weeks.
muscleup, did you get most of your gains during or after the first 2 weeks?
SC - wasnt accussing...just asking bro, as some are extremely against it and some are advocates..........does your diet change between training and non-training days?

5 weeks in bro....I'm still gaining...I went to the gym this morning and wieghed 231 on an empty stomach{after a cheat day}...Now thats with my shoes on and all...But I think I will hit my gaol soon enough...I should be working with swole for a few months or so.
