Sub way

At the moment i am holding an STRICT routine... my question is...

Say i bought a whole foot long sub (roast chicken, no cheese, all salads, sweet onion sauce: lowest in fat) would that not deficit my diet.. or would you classify it as a cheat meal...
If not classified as a cheat meal how many times.. do you think it is "reasonable to eat it" ( i have another 35 pounds to shed) on a weekly basis?

cheers..

oh and another thing.. with the major tight arse i am atm (saving for schoolies holiday.. hehe) the local subway place have a deal happening 4-6pm happy hour buy 1 sub get 1 free.. which i used to alway get with a mate..

what would be the best?

-eat the whole thing at once
-eat 1 half at 4.15pm another at 7.15pm
-eat 1 half at 4.15pm and preserve the other and consume it next day during breakfast or latest lunch?

Like i said.. im getting obsessed with my routine and DO NOT want to break it..

cheers.. k for anyone who spares some time to fill me in..

well as long as your in a calorie deficit you should lose weight

i wouldnt say subway is a cheat meal if you have it on wheat bread no cheese and the ones with not to much fat - like the best tasting sub - meatball

you could probably have a 6 inch everyday for lunch

but then again you could just eat clean and stick to oats lean meats and veggies

lol... meat ball isnt a low fat :verygood: one.. hehe

problem is it's all about dosh these few months.. buying a 6 inch is expensive, more value for money buying the whole foot, and even better between 4-6... But problem is.. 4-6 shouldn't be taking in too much carbs if not at all.. then the next problem is storing technique...

k for you

I get almost the same sandwich except spicy mutstard and the 0 fat honey mustard. Its around 600-700 calories from my calculations like 68 carbs, 5-10 fat (subway says 10 but I dunno if that includes cheese or sauce), 48 protein. I usually pop a glucorell before hand also.
