You have pushed your calories way over maintenance at this point I would start with good clean food and shoot for 500 calories over maintenance and go up from there when it is your new maintenance
I eat Five or six meals a day. Each meal is about 800 or 900 calories so I'm getting in over 4000 calories a day. I eat mostly carbs and the rest is protein. I have a cheat meal on the weekends usually some ice cream or pizza. And I drink 1 gallon of water a day. What changes would you make here for someone who is trying to bulk. I’m young and skinny
For a healthier diet, you should choose whole grain breads instead of refined ones. Include greek yogurt in your diet. Don't go shopping without a list, eat eggs for breakfast, increase protein intake, drink enough water. Instead of frying or roasting, bake or fry. This is the best diet I have ever tried before. It will work for you.
