Before training? Anyone do this? DOnt know what it is, but it makes me kind of nasuated......should I add some peanut butter or flax? Problem with ANPB is, if you don't have a mixer (im in the office) it just doesnt work with a shaker.......suggestions?
like I said, Ive tried oats, but they make me tired...too much digesting pre-workout.....rather go on an empty tank.....however, I never really tried them in a shaker (raw) with some protein....maybe I should..........

sounds like yor insulin sensitivity is low. Are you taking R-Ala? that will help you
I've found that using r-ala and managing my blood sugar by eating low gi carbs throughout the day except post workout has helped me increase insulin sensitivity as i no longer feel tired after eating my pre workout carbs (rather i feel energised now)
