I don't think you will at all. More rest and then when do hit it, you do so harder, with more intensity and heavier. Can be tough not being in gym as much from habit as anything else. For overall size can work really well. Once hit a certain level will need more to bring up smaller muscles more bodybuilder look, but can add in finishers at end of workouts as needed when want to bring a specific muscle up.
