Something to think about regarding protein shakes and the health of your teeth.

sugar = cavities

this is so simple no need to read round the subject nothing else causes cavitis just sugar ok so if your frency of sugar intake is greater than 3 a day there is a problem

i.e.

on waking shake- should be sugar free
8.00 brekky- bread, tueky rahsers and strawberries- this has sugar therefore an intake now of one there is ugar in the rashers and bread. it is not amount baccteria are tiny i droplet is a feastt to them
11- shake- as above if sugar free then still on 1
12.30 lunch- salmon breast, salad, oat cake no sugar in this even a piece of fruit is fine bacteria find fructose very hard to metabolise therefore still only 1
4 a piece of fruit a tukrey breast and an oat cake- still 1
PWO a shake and glutamine still on 1
9- lean meat, salds, sweet potato had worcester sauce this has sugar now on 2 sevings
11- cottage cheese and olives still only 2

so as you can see i had 2 intaking of sugar 2day and three is the allowed limit so my teeth will be ok for another day. it is is simple stop making it difficult, how the hell would dentist know your vit c supplemtn casues cavities vit c dosent casue cavities want is in the tablet if sugar is in there will however and how does he know this unless he has the package infornt if him if he did fair play on him.

but hopefully no you will know limit the actually times a day you intake suagr a day to a max of 3 and your teeth will be saved haleluyah

A potential explination. The act of chewing plays a large part in your body's own natural self cleaning of your teeth. If your taking in a lot of protein shakes instead of food for a given period of time, that's a lot less chewing. Adding some sugarless chewing gum to your day would likely help keep your teeth healthy.
