Ok ladies and Shadow. I scheduled a physical for May 12th. I want to show my dr that I finally lost some weight. Are there any tests that I should insist they take? Do I have to bring all my supps in for his approval? The last time I seen him was 2 years ago. Can you tell I don't like dr's?

Ask for a complete blood panel to show: blood sugar, cholesterol, etc

Even get your thyroid checked.. I didnt even think i had a problem .. before the intial blood work

CBC , including Cholesterol - total breakdown of HDL, LDL and Trigly., TSH
