Last Wednesday I was at my mom’s house. 93 but still try’s to get around. She started to fall and I jumped up just in time to catch her and break her fall . She was fine. But the shoulder took a lot of the pressure. It hurt pretty good. I am hoping it didn’t tear again.
I took it easy over the weekend. Went to Memphis to watch my daughter run the St Jude marathon.
I think it’s going to be alright. Time will tell.
I am just past 10 weeks post OP. Starting resistance training tomorrow.
Here we go. Don’t plan on breaking any records soon.

on the training finally you starting back, we have been waiting, lets do this and update us
 
Went to gym did some work.
1. Lat pull downs. Set the bar low so I didn’t get full stretch. 4 set 12 reps 50-70 lb
2. Under hand pull down 4 set 12, 50 lbs
3. Pull over machine 4 set 12
4. Preacher curl machine. 4 set 10 50-80lbs
5. Over head curl machine 3 set 10, 30lbs
6. Tricep rope. 4 set 20
7. Dumbells 10lb curls
8. Overhead dumbell press 10 lbs
9. Side delt raise 2lb 3 set 10 ( ouch)
9. Ab work all body weight.
10. 30 minute In dry sauna

That's cool that you got to watch your daughter, run the marathon. Hopefully she had a good race.
 
Sorry to hear about your mom. It's always hard to have a parent get old.

Injuries really suck.
