1. Lat pull downs. Set the bar low so I didn’t get full stretch. 4 set 12 reps 50-70 lb
2. Under hand pull down 4 set 12, 50 lbs
3. Pull over machine 4 set 12
4. Preacher curl machine. 4 set 10 50-80lbs
5. Over head curl machine 3 set 10, 30lbs
6. Tricep rope. 4 set 20
7. Dumbells 10lb curls
8. Overhead dumbell press 10 lbs
9. Side delt raise 2lb 3 set 10 ( ouch)
9. Ab work all body weight.
10. 30 minute In dry sauna
